A licensed Indonesian nickel-ore trader, based in Jakarta. We buy laterite ore free on board at partner mine jetties, move it by tug and barge, and deliver it CIF to nickel smelters in Sulawesi.
Supply comes from agreements with licensed nickel mines, every cargo is certified by an independent surveyor, and every price follows Indonesia's regulated mineral benchmark.

01 · ORIGIN
Sourced at the mine
Ore lifts free on board at partner mine jetties under long-term supply agreements. An independent surveyor samples every cargo before it sails.

Carried by sea
The operations desk charters tug-and-barge sets, insures the cargo, and supervises loading and the crossing from end to end — a sailing permit for every departure.

At the smelter jetty, the surveyor's Certificate of Analysis fixes the final price — transparent for both sides, every time.

Grade is settled
before the barge sails.
Field instruments guide where material is hauled — they never set the sale quality. That is fixed solely by the independent surveyor appointed to that cargo, the same body that issues the barge Certificate of Analysis. No ore travels pit to barge directly: everything passes through a stockpile and a pre-shipment inspection first.
Grades are never mixed in one hauling truck, stockpiles are kept drained so moisture stays low — moisture is the term that discounts the whole HPM — and tonnage per dome is proved by draft survey, not by counting truck loads. Only market-ready, on-spec ore is loaded.

Gate 01
At the face
Ore boundaries are sampled and the working face is marked out by grade class before any material moves.
Gate 02
On the haul
Material is classified and hauled to its own destination — ore, transition, or waste — in clean equipment.
Gate 03
At the stockpile
Ore is placed in segregated domes, kept drained, and held for pre-shipment inspection before it can be nominated.
Gate 04
At the barge
Inspection pass and draft survey gate the shipping instruction — a failed dome is corrected, not loaded.

Regulated, transparent,
benchmark-linked.
Every price starts from HPM — Indonesia's regulated mineral benchmark. Under Kepmen ESDM No. 144/2026 (in force 15 April 2026) it is computed on a wet-tonne basis from four government reference prices — nickel, iron, cobalt and chrome — each corrected for grade, summed, then discounted for moisture and converted at the Bank Indonesia mid-rate. Both sides verify every invoice from public figures. No black boxes.
